What we collect
- Quote requests: the name, phone number, optional email, town or ZIP, service type and description you type into the form, plus the page you sent it from, the time, and your browser type.
- Phone calls: your phone number and what you tell us about the job. Calls may be recorded for quality.
- Technical data: our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to run and secure the site. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
How we use it
To route your request to one local tree crew who serves your area so they can contact you about a quote, to follow up on your request, and to keep records of requests. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with multiple companies.
Where it is stored
Form requests are stored privately with our website host's storage service in the United States. Access is limited to the people running this service.
Your choices
Email hello@wilmingtonnctreepros.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Once your details have been passed to a tree crew to answer your request, that crew's own policies also apply.
Children
This site is for adults arranging tree work and is not directed at children.
